1 About Bingo24-7

Bingo24-7 is an online bingo platform operated by T&T Leisureland, registered at 1st October St 14, Ag. Athanasios, 4100 Limassol, Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). The platform allows registered users to purchase bingo tickets, participate in scheduled draws, and receive prizes in the form of platform credits.

Use of this platform is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

2 Eligibility

To register and participate on Bingo24-7 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher).
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in online bingo is lawful.
• Not be an employee, director, or agent of Bingo24-7, or a close relative of one.
• Have only one registered account on the platform.

We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any prizes forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Accounts are created by an authorised agent on your behalf, or directly through the platform registration process. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful personal information.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Points & Credits

Bingo24-7 operates on a points-based credit system. Points are:

• Loaded to your account by your assigned agent.
• Used to purchase tickets for scheduled draws.
• Credited to your account when you win a prize.
• Redeemable by returning them to your agent at the agreed rate.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Bingo24-7 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate between points and currency — this is agreed directly between you and your agent.

Points that remain unused for 12 months without any account activity may be forfeited at our discretion.

5 Purchasing Tickets

Tickets can be purchased for any draw that is open for sale. By purchasing a ticket you accept:

• Each ticket purchase is final. Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once bought.
• You may purchase up to 10 tickets per draw.
• Ticket numbers are assigned randomly from the available pool.
• Ticket availability is limited — draws may sell out before the draw time.

You must have sufficient points in your account at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for failed purchases due to insufficient balance.

6 How Draws Work

Draws are conducted live on the Bingo24-7 platform at the scheduled time. Each draw:

• Uses a set of 90 numbered balls (1–90) drawn in a random sequence.
• Follows standard 90-ball bingo rules: each card has 3 rows of 9 columns with 5 numbers per row (15 numbers total per card).
• Awards a LINE prize to the first card to complete any single row.
• Awards a FULL HOUSE (BINGO) prize to the first card to have all 15 numbers called.
• Is drawn at the ball interval configured for that draw by the administrator.

Draws are conducted automatically by the platform system. Results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical failure during a draw, Bingo24-7 reserves the right to void and reschedule the draw, with all ticket costs refunded.

7 Prizes & Winnings

Prize amounts are set by the administrator at the time each draw is created and are displayed before you purchase a ticket. Prizes are:

• Credited automatically to your account balance in points immediately after the draw concludes.
• Visible in your transaction history.
• Redeemable through your assigned agent.

If multiple cards complete a winning condition on the same ball, the prize is awarded to the ticket with the lowest ticket number. Only one LINE prize and one BINGO prize are awarded per draw.

Bingo24-7 is not responsible for any delay in prize redemption caused by your agent. Disputes regarding prize amounts must be raised within 7 days of the draw date.

8 Responsible Gaming

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all players to:

• Set personal limits on how much you spend.
• Never play with money you cannot afford to lose.
• Take breaks and avoid chasing losses.
• Seek help if gambling is affecting your personal or financial wellbeing.

You may request that your account be suspended at any time by contacting us.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating more than one account.
• Attempting to manipulate draws or exploit system errors.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person.
• Any form of fraud, collusion, or dishonest conduct.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

10 Suspension & Termination

Bingo24-7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if:

• We reasonably believe the account is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• The account has been inactive for 12 months or more.

On termination, any remaining points balance will be returned to your agent where reasonably practicable, unless the termination is due to breach of these Terms, in which case the balance may be forfeited.

11 Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data (name, phone, email, transaction history) to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. Your data is:

• Stored securely and not sold to third parties.
• Shared with your assigned agent for account management purposes.
• Retained for a minimum of 5 years for regulatory compliance.

By using the platform you consent to this processing. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bingo24-7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Actions or omissions of your assigned agent.

Our total liability to you in connection with any draw shall not exceed the value of the ticket purchased for that draw.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the platform or through your agent.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
